WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO

• Manage, coach & lead regional and local managers, team leaders and the rider fleet.

• Drive & improve fleet performance, compliance & growth.

• Develop, implement & track budget & costs.

• Responsibility for communication towards HQ & global teams, in addition to internal departments in SE

• Track development & lead teams towards targets & excellence

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders & take action to drive the business forward

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• You have a university degree within business, engineering, economics or similar

• You have 4+ years experience in a managing role with budget ownership & team leadership

• You have professional knowledge within excel/google sheets and powerpoint

• You communicate fluently within english both verbally and in writing

• It will be a big plus if you also have been working at a B2C focused company/start-up/scale-up.

• You have experience from leading & developing departments/organizations

Start date: April/May
