HR Generalist

WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO
Responsible for building, maintaining and supporting the managers with functions in our HRM system Workday (absence reporting, employment agreements, promotions etc)
Building reports and extracting data requests
Manage support queries from employees, managers and HR via our ticketing system
Be the primary point of contact to our external payroll partner, providing them with monthly employee data
Monitor, review and optimize HR processes (online and offline)
WHO YOU ARE
Structured - in this role you will have to juggle multiple tasks at the same time
Priority skills - You can think strategically and prioritize what needs to be done and when
Communication skills - You are comfortable with communicating with all different roles within the organization, and are not afraid to make demands
Analytically minded with ability to create and use data and see the bigger picture
QUALIFICATIONS
University degree within HR or similar
At least 1 years of experience of administrative HR tasks
Administrative skills in HR system and excel
Knowledge of Workdays Core HCM and Absence is a big plus
Comfortable with both speaking and writing in English and Swedish
Use critical thinking to create innovative solutions
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, diverse and creative environment
