Does it come naturally for you to find improvement areas and thereafter take initiative to fix those? Do you want to use this analytical skill as well as your passion for service at one of Sweden’s most upcoming Tech-companies? We are now expanding our Partner Care team with two new Performance Agents. This role is for you who can see yourself thrive working case based, finding improvement areas and then contacting our partners over phone to make sure their problems are being solved. We are aiming for giving our partners a world-class experience with us. If you bring a high level of energy, a can-do attitude as well as your analytical mindset, we promise you to give you a dynamic work environment as well as a happy gang of colleagues!

WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO

  • Analyze our partners performance, which includes follow-ups on delays, denied orders, offline times etc.

  • Follow-up the performance for our partners mostly by phone, with a coaching approach

  • You will work closely with your team and map, as well as choose focus areas where the partners need to develop. Then you will set a plan for improvement areas

  • Work casebased in Salesforce

  • Analytical - Is it an analytical star reading our ad? The team handles a lot of different cases from our partners, here it is crucial to be able to identify and analyze different patterns

  • Flexible - Due to our fast paced environment it is important to quickly be able to change focus. To thrive at foodora we therefore believe that you are flexible in your daily work and routines

  • Meticulous - Even though we work in a high speed we need to pay attention to details so we hope this is in your nature

  • Fearless - You love to challenge yourself - daily contact by phone with our partners sounds stimulating to you

  • Result oriented - Working for results is something that excites and triggers you in a positive way. The team has weekly follow ups on the results


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Probably you have previous experience from a similar role, where you worked with customer relations/customer success (preferably with the phone as closest working tool)

  • You are used to be working in a fast paced environment

  • You communicate fluently verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English. Other languages such as thai or mandarin will be considered a plus

  • You are used to be working in Excel and it will be considered a plus if you have previous experience from Tableau and/or Salesforce

  • Most important is that you want to kick-start your career at foodora!
